Who are you?

Dedicated, friendly and self-motivated individual who is passionate about building up local businesses, strengthening community and kombucha, obviously! Folks who are looking to grow their career in a meaningful small business setting and take on new, challenging responsibilities; and love farmer’s markets! This is a position that could easily transfer to doing demos, events, working tap room shifts as well.

Requirements include:

  • In-depth knowledge of company and product

  • Ability to show up on time and ready to work

  • Engaging, outgoing and approachable personality

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Drivers license & clean driving record REQUIRED

  • Strong organizational skills and tidy work habits

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Previous farmers market experience HUGE PLUS

  • Previous kitchen or food industry experience HUGE PLUS

  • Previous brand ambassador or sales experience HUGE PLUS

Responsibilities include:

  • Arriving to warehouse, picking up all market supplies, driving van to market site

  • Setting up for market: tables, displays, kegs, sample cups

  • Filling growlers, cups; using Square app to charge customers   

  • Engage market shoppers and public in a respectful, inviting and knowledgeable manner

  • Wearing Pilot Kombucha gear (shirt, sweatshirt, hat) for shift

  • Breaking down & cleaning equipment and leaving the site clean and neat

  • Dropping off market supplies at warehouse, locking up and parking van in marked, designated  space

  • Communicating event recaps with Alex or Shelby at end of day, filling out market report

We have Friday, Saturday, & Sunday markets this season. Must be able to work weekends May through October. This is non-negotiable. Approximately 30 hours per week, $15+/hr DOE
